Borislav Bozhidarov practices in the fields of complex commercial, corporate and financial transactions, and European Union Law.

He graduated from the Faculty of Law of the University St. Clement of Ohrid, Sofia, with a diploma in law with distinction. He has also received a MJur degree (with distinction) from the Faculty of Law of Oxford University, United Kingdom, and an LL.M. degree from Columbia University School of Law, New York, USA.

Before joining Tomov & Tomov, he worked as an associate for Borislav Boyanov & Co – Attorneys at Law, Sofia, Bulgaria, and as an associate in the New York office and as a trainee solicitor in the London office of White & Case LLP.

Borislav Bozhidarov is admitted to the Bar/ Roll of Solicitors of England and Wales and is retired from the New York State Bar Association.

Borislav Bozhidarov is a co-author on the chapter about Bulgaria in International Comparative Legal Guide to Product Liability (2005)
